Motivation Letter for International Marketing Management Master

I am in the middle of preparing my motivation letter for a master Programme, however, I'm struggling to produce an effective motivation letter, this is my final form of motivational letter. Can you please give me some suggestions, inspirations and show me my mistakes. I would appreciate it. I'm looking forward to your sincere replies.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am applying to your Master program of “International Marketing Management" starting in October 2013. My career ambition is to become a marketing specialist working in an international field. Therefore I would like to gain a deeper theoretical knowledge in international marketing management and practical skills.I believe a university with a high reputation like Berlin School of Economics and Law is the best place to achieve my career objectives and build a recognizable academic background.

Since I was a student in high school, I was always interested in marketing, and management as how various industries changes and developes while some others perish. While I study Accomodation Management in Canakkale 18 March university, I had become fully aware of my passion in marketing and management as more I’ve attended the related courses, therefore on my last 2 semester in Canakkale 18 March University, I decided to apply for an Erasmus programme especially on Marketing and Management, hence I studied 2 semester for Marketing and Management in Silesian University in Opava in Czech Republic.

I’ve been working as an intern for a technology and gaming website company Donanim Haber Co., Ltd Turkey in the public and also marketing department. My duties included gathering informations customers’ feedback about the products, analyzing our market competitiveness and profitability, producing reviews about products, assisting foreign developers and publishers how to approach Turkish gamers and customers. I learned to cooperate with different customer personalities and government issues regarding marketing. Furthermore I was able to learn organizational skills by handling unexpended events and challenges.

The desire to do further study after graduating got stronger when I heard about the diverse possibilities to participate in a master program abroad. I think with its proven excellent teaching and outstanding international focus of Berlin School of Economics and Law is the best option for me to develop personally and academically.

By learning marketing management, I will be better positioned to help companies serve their customers’ needs, which will result in greater customers’ satisfaction and profits for my company. Besides, studying marketing enables us consumers to be well informed about accurate information on products before purchase. Understanding marketing leads to the evaluation of corrective measure such as laws and regulations that may be required to stop unfair or unethical marketing practices around us.

Having said that, this Master programme will also expand my knowledge in Management principles, and allow me to better understand it. With all the uncertainty and changes in the world, in political, economic, and technological fields, I believe that a successful manager must have a solid understanding, supported by a strong academic foundation, of how to guide companies through these challenging times.

I hope that you have a picture of me and my motives to come to the Berlin School of Economics and Law. I would gladly give you a more detailed view orally or written, if you want. I hope to hear from you soon.
