Motivation Letter for Germany Master Visa

Hello fellow friends. I have written this letter for the visa. Could you please check it and give me feedback. I need your valuable ideas.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to present myself as an applicant for the German National Visa. My name is XXX and I was born in XXX in Turkey. I have graduated from Business Administration undergraduate program issued by XXX University, as an honor student with 3.31/4 GPA (2.1 in Baviaran Formula). I have an admission letter from Technische Universität Ilmenau for International Business Economics master course and I’m looking forward to get a German student visa to study there.

I prefer Germany for my post-graduate education because the educational system is of high quality. As such, it is no surprise that it has been able to generate world-class scholars like Albert Einstein and Max Planck. Secondly, tuition-free education for international students , making the cost of tuition in Germany cheaper as compared to other countries. Besides, the German language is becoming increasingly important in the global market and I will have the chance to take my A2 German language skill to higher level.

My goal in the near future is to attain a management position in an International Organisation. Having reviewed information of this program and the structure of the course, it offers an international perspective from the fields of business administration, economics, and communication sciences. Thanks to this I will have the opportunity to greatly improve my business management and economics knowledge from my undergraduate degree. Also Technische Universität Ilmenau is highly reputed university which has a strong international focus and offers number of options to its students to spend a semester abroad to gain valuable international experience. Apart from that the university maintains numerous collaborative contacts with industries and supports its students to find eager partners for their projects, internships, or master’s theses. I believe, to study International Business Economics in Technische Universität Ilmenau makes me qualified in meeting my future aspirations of becoming an exceptional manager, put me forward in today’s business world and this will be highly valuable to my experience.

I would like also to mention that my expenses during my education will be covered by the blocked account I have opened in the amount announced by the Federal Education Promotion Act (BaFöG). My classes start on 01.04.2022 and I would like to ask you to start my visa in 10.03.2022 to be able to arrange my accommodation and get to know the city. I have stated all my reasons why I am applying for a National Visa with all the necessary documents as listed in the formal website of the embassy.
