Motivation letter for ESC

Why would you like to work in free democratic school ?
I have always dreamed about becoming an activist for child rights with UNICEF, and I believe that this project would help me attain this goal.As a teacher, I will gain new knowledge and skills from teaching. Besides, I desire to convey this experience to my country.I am confident that practical experience will bring me a step closer to getting my master’s degree in Education.
I graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor of Education (kindergarten) in 2012. Also, I completed a Higher Diploma in Child Education in 2014. I have been a kindergarten teacher for ten years. I teach by IGCSE British System, so I have a wonderful experience with teaching and caring children aged 2-6 years. We work start from 8 am to 4 pm so I usual to work full day. I plan and organize indoor and outdoor activities like circle time, stories, songs and painting & drawing. I can assist them in meals time.
Also, I volunteered to teach refugee children at Resale Foundation in 2018, and I tried to help them to continue their education despite the interruptions and difficult conditions they faced. I also participated as a facilitator to teach marginalized youngsters important life skills in Hey Masar Organization in 2021, an education and personal-development program in a community school.
I totally agree with your organization's values that we should teach youngsters to respect each other and share some things with us. I always encourage my children to use thinking ways like creative and critical thinking in activities.
I am so excited about valuable training in non-violent communication, mediation and conflict solution technic. I took a traineeship in SDGs, especially Goal 16 (peace, justice and strong institutions) and I was a debater at Qima's foundation and I want to teach these ways to youngsters. I really want to develop my creative, social and team work skills and I can help you with organizing events. I was a coordinator for a previous organization.
I believe that the chance will be completely suitable for me and my experience will prove useful for your organization.
I think that this opportunity is one of my best dreams in my whole life.
