Motivation letter for an introvert

Should I add to my letter of motivation that I have an introverted personality (I'm not a social cripple, just a little quiter person) or it automatically puts me at a disadvantage among the appliciants? The letter I'm writing is for a 1 year EVS project, which contains a lot of tasks including organizing activities for children and youth.
