motivation letter for a masters in management

hi people..gud day, iam presently a home maker ,i finished my masters in digital electronics and communication systems in the year 2007, now iam looking forward to apply for a master program which is in management domain....as i got a really long gap with my acedamics..because of my personal commitments... iam very much confused in writing a succesfull motivation letter.. could any one of you help me with this.... thank you in advance..
