Motivation Letter for a company

Réf. Marketing Trainee

Dear Ms Van de Capelle,

From your company’s web site I learned about your need for a Marketing Trainee. I am very interested in this position with Douwe Egberts, and believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for the position.

Since my graduation, my work experience has been mainly with Jai Kudo eyewear company where I was responsible of a customer’s portfolio. The day-to-day managing and coordination of customer requests developed my analytical ability, accuracy and communication skills.

The post of Marketing Trainee focused my attention for 2 reasons.
Firstly, the know-how and work ethics of a company of the size of Douwe Egberts will allow me to start my professional career in Belgium with the proper reflexes based on precision and rigorous training.
Secondly, the large range of activities in which Douwe Egberts is involved, gives me the opportunity to fully use my large theoretical and practical knowledge based in finance and marketing. Furthermore, it gives me the chance to use my international experience and my good knowledge of languages.
I have attached my resume for your consideration and would welcome the opportunity to discuss in more detail my experience to date and how I may contribute to the smooth and efficient running of your business.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Yours sincerely,

Can you please help me and give some usefull advice? thank you very much
