Could please chek and correct my motivation letter. It is my first experience. Thank you in advice!

I would like to apply for the position of intern in the *** It is a pleasure to write this letter expressing my interest in an internship which you offer. I have graduated Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) as a master of “Journalism”. I remember my feelings when I went to PFUR for the first time. I was happy knowing that students from all over the world study together according to the mission: “Uniting people of different cultures by knowledge RUDN University creates leaders to make the World better”. So I was lucky to be one of those people.

While studying, I have been participating in social life of the University and different extra-curricular activities. I have been an active member of the student’s committee and organized many events for the faculty, such as conferences, round tables, concerts and days of tolerance. Knowledge and skills I got while studying in Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) made me interested in exploring different cultures and the principles of tolerance between nations. That's why I want to be a part of the *** It is a great opportunity for me to receive the experience of participating in the work of international organization.

I am friendly, open-minded and active person. I have high communication skills and five years experience of working with students. I am able to work as a part of a team and eager to learn new things. I like working with people and interested in cultural exchange.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to take part in your internship program. It would be a perfect start of my career and a chance to make positive contributions to the society.
