Motivation letter correction

I will apply for a master's degree. I enclose my motivation letter. Could you please help me for corrections?

My purpose for applying xx program is both to gain a vision in a field that intrigues me and to create opportunity to fulfill my dream of pursuing my future career in project management.
When I was a little girl, I read a novel, “xx”, in which a girl from a poor family works hard and becomes a very powerful CEO to” a global firm and I decided to be a manager like that girl. Therefore, when I succeeded in the university entrance exam to be at the top 0.01% of over 1.5 million applicants, my only choice was xx University Management Department, best business bachelor’s degree program in xx. After graduation I worked at xx, one of the telecommunication operators in xx, as xx launch project manager. In this job, I negotiated with xx gaining 20% decrease in sales commitment figures; I developed a project plan to lead a multidisciplinary project team effectively for on-time and complete product launch; following the launch I monitored sales effectiveness of the dealers fulfilling annual sales targets in less than 10 months. After 15 months in my position at xx, I decided to shift to a more challenging and international position as a management consultant at xx. While working with executives of large international corporations in each project, I realized the need for an international master’s degree for my future career.
As a consequence of my background as a management consultant, I am well aware of strategic aspects of the project management in international organizations and know that many companies are incapable of analyzing constraints and determining the most efficient action plan. With my xx degree, I will have specific managerial and organizational skills necessary to create and sustain competitive advantage for the organization that I work for so that it realizes its full potential. My long-term goal is to be an expert management consultant and to aid local firms to develop best fitting business strategy to efficiently operate in the global arena.
I would like to gain a deeper theoretical knowledge in Strategic Project Management to achieve these goals. One of the most appealing aspects of xx program is that providing three main components of strategic project management in three Consortium Institutes. Therefore, the program offers basic tools for international interaction: discovery of other cultures by academic involvement and location-based rotation and collaboration with peers. During my short trip to xx this summer, I was very impressed by xx University. xx and xx shared their insights about the program and encourage me to be a part of this program and community. During my research about the program, I realized that there is no recent xxish xx graduate. My admission will not only enhance my personal competencies but also help me to transfer my knowledge about the program to other xxish students. Apart from these, I am very much interested in learning foreign languages and cultures. So far I speak my mother tongue xxish, English as a second language, Russian in intermediate level. I also have basic knowledge in German and Esperanto. I believe xx program will satisfy my desire to learn new languages and cultures. My enthusiasm and humor helped me to be the captain of a national champion bridge team and become an coordinator and educator in the foundation that I was volunteering for 6 years. I believe my personal characteristics will also help me to facilitate bonding between my classmates in the program.
I am confident that I will match the high standards set by the program with my relevant background and professional experience. For all these reasons, I strongly aspire to secure admission to purse my studies, with adequate financial assistance in xx program.
