Motivation letter, can someone help?

Good Morning,
I'm an electronic engineer, and I need someone to give me some tips and hint on how to improve my motivation letter, I'm applying for a master degree in project management.
Looking forward to improve my letter by your tips, thanks a lot.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Throughout this letter, I will try to highlight the reasons for which I’m interested in applying for an M.Sc degree in Project Management at XXX.
Working for two years after graduation gave me a deeper insights into how managers are the main contributors to the success or failure of all projects. After leaving work, I got a great opportunity to work in not for profit XXX as teams coordinator. At that time, I read great materials about managing online teams and I attended Coursera courses that helped me in handling work more effectively. During one year, I gained a huge practical experience in managing virtual volunteers(online volunteers).I learnt what works best volunteers, what motivates them and how clear communication can make a greater impact in work delivery.
Working with volunteers not only showed me how analytical and good planner I am but also had widen my gaze and made me more curious to learn everything about management concepts and practices. Though I was a key player in delivering one project, but, I realised that I need to study project management in a greater depth.
Being a good manager requires an extensive knowledge of different management approaches and leadership skills. I believe that I have strong analytical skills, common sense and a great personality, however, I know that to handle a project efficiently, I need to gain the knowledge required to run a project.
I started looking for a master in project management that suits my profile and reading all about what xxx university offers in Project management master program, I became more interested. Not only because it covers the project management concepts and practices like Project Psychology, leadership and communication but also it extends that knowledge to international settings. Besides, reading that the program is research-based, encouraged me more to apply, as I will have the chance to study the latest research materials.
Hence, I decided to apply for International project management at xxx university, which I know will be a great asset in my profile. Since xxx university is ranked amongst the top university in country and education in xxx country is renowned for its quality and value.
I’m planning to further my studies and do a PhD when I finish my master, I know that such plan might be hard to execute, but I also believe that the xxx region generally and my country especially needs qualified leaders to work on the current issues such as poverty. Also, I’m planning to join a not for profit organisation as project manager, as I believe that NGOs are the next hope for my country development and prosper.
Thank you so much for taking time and considering my application. If any inquiries are needed, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully.
