Dear Sir,madam

First of all, let me introduce myself, my name is Malak Samhat ,student in radiologic sciences at lebanese university .I am writing this letter to apply for the master 1 in healthcare management and quality.

Pursuing my bachelor degree in the health care domain precisely in radiology show me the importance of the health care domain in maintaining and improving the human lives .During my training in many hospitals ,I discovered the importance of health care and quality manager in the radiology department.

The radiology department or any other department in the health system need a manager who will be responsible to implement and evaluate departmental goals, plan the implementation of new policies and train and supervise clinical and technical staff.He has to ensure that procedures and policies meet the standards of accreditation bodies and many others roles .Concerning the quality management ,this is a must for the success of a system because it will improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.

Also,during my study ,I learned a little bit about management by taking some courses about risk management and management principles for imaging professionals .I am now more interested about this domain and need to increase my knowledge in order to be a good manager in the radiology department .

I would like to point out that I am determined to make the most of this opportunity .I believe that being a health care and quality manager wil not only empower my career but will give me a framework to utilize my full potential , pursue a pHD program,and contribute to healthcare management domain .Moreover ,I can benefit from the numerous challenge career opportunities .finally being under the tutelage of elite professor of lebanese university will no doubt provide me wih the most advanced knowledge in the field of health care management and quality.
