Motivation letter

Dear people,

I think i have a problem. Im thinking what to write in my motivation letter. I want to participate in this programm, because it is really big step in further study, i mean that study something in different country is more that just study, but also independence. And i do not participate because of a great university or for some kind of great courses, which will help me in my future job. I don't know where i will work, so i think i can't talk about that, till i will finish my study.
So i'm confused for real.

I just don't know what to write in a field about "which research topics interest you and explain your particular interest",
"my choice of courses".

Or what is really important in this letter.
Help me.

Thank you very very much!
