Motivation letter

This is my motivation letter for a university programme. I have been helped here before, but I'm not a native English speaker and it's also my second motivation letter. So, may you please look through my letter and check for any grammar mistakes. and I’m also scared because my letter look like it too short can I make it up to 500 words? I'll be thankfull for all your helps. Thank you very much.

I have been asked to write an email to 4 peoples, and I don’t know how to start an email for many people nor do I have to write all their names? I really need your help! Thank you very much!!!

I appreciate this opportunity to provide further information to support my request for readmission at the University of ___________.

My main motivation for this letter of readmission is that I do not want to lose the previous knowledge that I have gained in my career goal of becoming an architect. I have learned from my lectures and the university’s published research activities that the University of ________ offers the best program in architectural technology, and your Department of Art Design and Architecture is renowned for its research in my chosen field.

I attended French secondary school, so English is my second language, and during the 2012 academic year, I struggled to communicate, especially as we were required to speak at length in presentations and during studio work. Consequently, I failed my first term. As you know, in a foreign country nothing is easy, and it took me several months to become an active student. By the third term, I was participating more effectively, but I was still not having time to read and understand my notes. I was more focused on practical courses, like PRESENTATION, COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, etc., and I passed all my practical subjects.

I was using asylum paper for refuge before but now I applied also for a study permit at home affairs, because I want to cancel my asylum paper and start using a passport, while I’m still waiting the outcome of my permit at home affairs and to come back also at university next year I’m currently continuing with (UNDERGRADUATE, UNIVERSITY ENGLISH, and PREPARATION COURSES) English language for university success at lab language school.

Therefore, I would like to ask you to give me a second chance while my mind is still fresh, so that I can come and continue with this program (architectural technology). My determination remains strong to become an architect, I love architecture: I like walking into a designed space. I like its creative nature, and it is such a significant part of our lives. I was equally enthusiastic about my own design efforts in studio work, and I am confident that I can reach my goal with your support and assistance.
