Motivation letter

Could you help me on my motivation letter, I would be very pleased, any suggestion is welcome.

The most reason I desire to do my traineeship at xx is to enhance and deepen my practical skills and knowledge within xx environment which will acquire me both unique and modern principles of working experience. Besides, I choose this program mainly because, working with professionals, I will obtain both a broader and deeper knowledge and skills in the field. In addition, I am applying because, to live in XX environment is that I want to become familiar with the thing that is called `Western Value of life`. This feeling deepened when I studied at xx.

My career thus far has been very educational. During the last nine years, I gained a great practical experience and have learned many interesting things in various positions at xx. From my time as an employee at xx, I have both developed strong team abilities and have seen the value and synergies of combining people with different backgrounds, knowledge, and experience levels. This knowledge base has helped me define my career for myself and strengthened my desire to attend the xx. I am confident that the xx will enable me to grow as a skilled professional ready to take on the challenges my country faces in this increasingly globalizing world.

Most notably, I will enjoy the challenge of working in creative and intellectually stimulating environment where I can strive to be the best that I can be.
