Motivation letter

Hello,

could someone please have a look at my motivation letter and provide me? Thank you so much in advance, it ist very important! Thanks!

Dear Sir or Madam,

There are several reasons I decided to apply for the position of Communications/ Event Asssistant at the European Aviation Safety Agency.

I graduated my masters in European Studies at the University of Passau, Germany in August 2011. Throughout my studies and my carreer I always had to organise and I always worked reffering to European Union. My international, intercultural and multidisciplinary studies and my varied experience in organisation of events for different target groups, have convinced me that Communication and Event are my career options.

I am motivated to apply because in this century of global terrorism we need safety and environmental protection. I would like to support you in the field of Communications and Events and at this way be part of the citizens of the European Union which makes difference. I would be glad to assist you in the organisation of the EASA Annual Safety Conference.

I am going for Communications/ Events Assistant because it is my great wish to work in the field of Event Management. I have excellent organisation skills and want to give my imput for your work. I habe worked as Event Assistant in various areas and gained first experience in the fields of communication, public relation and event. Due to my studies and my jobs I know the European Union and its institutions very well.

As Communications/ Events Assistant I could make good use of my experience, my knowledge how to organise events and conferences, to represent and to communicate; my longtime assistant experience; my knowledge of how to work with European countries and institutions and people of different national and cultural background. I would also bring my enthusiasm for the European issue and last but not least my full dedication to this job.

Yours faithfully,
A.D.
