Motivation letter

Please Help me with this motivation letter!
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my interest in applying for Erasmus Scholarship in Ruhr University Bochum.
Currently I am studying at the second year of magistracy at the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT) with the specialization in international business and I am expecting to receive my diploma in September 2011. One year before I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts of Sociology at the People's Friendship University of Russia. During all my study there I was always deeply interested in sociology of administration, which deals with social aspects of management. And as I consider this knowledge combined with studying of management and its modern problems will help me to achieve my career objectives.
My future aim is to work in a field related to the international management or in the sphere of HR management. Therefore I would like to gain more theoretical knowledge and practical skills in management and also it would be very important for me to get European experience in this realm.
Having obtained work experience in a German company for two years, I found out that the organization of the business is at a very high standard there and the way of management and style of leadership are very effective, but they differ completely in many items from the Russian traditional musters. Therefore it made me eager to study more about German model of management and to choose the German university.
Also I have already had an opportunity to see the way of teaching at Ruhr University Bochum. This September your teaching colleagues from there delivered a module on Leadership in our university. Their approaches to teaching and the learning methods had impressed me and had strengthened my desire to study in Bochum. And I decided to write my master research work on the theme related to leadership. I am confident that it would be very useful for my research to collect the material for my degree work under the control of the professor of your university.
Today the business in Russia is rapidly developing, as the market grows, but in spite of it the system of management in my country is still in the process of evolving. My specialty is quite new for Russia and I hope that European education could assist in my becoming good specialist in management and contribute to developing management in my country.
