Motivation letter
Hello Every Body
I am considering applying for a master program in the field of distributed computing , one of the requiremets was to write a motivation letter , since this is the first ime I write a motivaion letter , I hope you can help me scruntinize my lette.

//What is my anticipated future:
I, Sameer Abu Asal, am applying for the European Master in Distributed Computing (EMDC) .My research interests lie in the Field of parallel programming and cloud computing. I believe the future of high performance computing will rely heavily on parallelized and distributed systems, and I have always been interested in programming and building such systems.
My plan on the long run is to pursue a research based academic or professional position. my passion for discovering the new and changing the old is emmense, being in such position with the mighty tool of knowledge will help me bring out the change for the better that I anticipate.
//What I did in the past:
During my undergraduate study I volunteered at the IEEE student branch at the University of Jordan where I built strong leadership and communication skills.during my work I met outstanding local and international academics and professionals. My team and I organized events mixing rigid aspects of engineering school with fun and joy. Our efforts were topped with the IEEE MGA award for membership growth in 2008.My IEEE experience provided me me with the chance to build my network with people from different places and cultures.
In my last year at the computer engineering school, I worked as an intern at a pioneer company in the IT field in Jordan. this internship was part of a cooperation program between the academia and the IT industry.this was a great leap for me as I set foot in understanding the gap between academia and the industry that the one might face, I was able to link the dots between those two fields.My partner and I were awarded by the program committee for our work.
//What I am doing now how is that related to my future dreams:
Given my interest in high performance systems programming; I am currently working as a C\C++ developer at a local telecommunication solutions provider company,through out my work , I came to notice how the the need fo new techniques of parallel and distrubuted programming is urgent, hence my strong desire of pursuing a master program in thos field.
I believe that the EMDC will not only be the bridge for me to realize my dreams and ambitions of leading a research based profession,I also believe it will be a chance for me to enrich my cultural knowledge and my understanding of different nations , that is why I consider the EMDC program an invaluable opportunity to me that I shouldn't make the most of.
