Motivation letter

Dear sir or Madam I would like to write a motivational letter for a job application as an Client Service Representative.The employer have requested a motivational letter of how i meet each of the requirements listed below. ND financial management /Public management. 3 yrs in similar environment. Fluency in Zulu and English.Ability to communicate efectively providing detailed info.about business loans and as other suport product.Working knowledge of ithala other product for referral purposes.Sound knowledge of computer packages Spreadsheet and Word processing.Knowledge of ithala lending policy and related legislation.Approachable.Good comunication interpersonal ,presentation and org skills. Diplomacy Problem solving.Work independantly. I do posses some of the requirements but not all for instance i have Diploma and 1 and half year in finance environment.Fluency in both languages.Computer packages also.Appproachable,Diplomacy.Communicate well with others. Can work independently if have learn all the aspect of my work.Take initiative if neccessary.
