Motivation letter

hello all.

I have the problem with writing a motivation letter for the swedish university where I am going to apply. But my prblem is how to start it. The motivation leter should be written on special paper where there are some separate place for name, surname, ctitizenship. So it seems to me that it stupid ti start it with introduction of myself or maybe I am mistaken

If you can provide a good tip for me, I would be really grateful.
