The following words and phrases need repair: 02 br 02 br 00 providing 02 br 00 thanks of 02 br 00 organization 02 br 00 perfect -- this is a good word, but unbelievable; choose another 02 br 00 although 02 br 00 a new surrounding -- should be plural, but is not a point to be put forward in a motivation letter anyway. 02 br 00 21/2 02 br 00 following-up 02 br 00 hold -- this is a verb; the other items in your list are nouns (or are trying to be) 02 br 00 und -- oops!
