i wrote this motivation letter .. please tell me what do you think about it

My name is Ali, and I wish to apply for PARIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

In My school teachers always noted that I had good abilities in such subjects as drawing and designing. This increased my interest in arts, and I decided to connect my future career with creative area of activity, wishing to gain success in the future.

For that reason I constructed a plan for achieving this long-term aim. By the plan
I maintained a high level of academic achievements while doing community volunteering in UCC.
I graduated from the Second Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus University, majoring in visual communications in July 2016.
At Damascus University, I was honored to be one of the top ten students from seventy applicants who were selected for the honors program. In addition, I was awarded the Al-Bassel Certificate for Academic Excellence in 2013

Behind my achievements is a strong desire to learn. I know that the experience of studying abroad will help me to develop myself and to improve my abilities.. Paris is one of the best cities in the world to study art and design, it is the dream of every artist especially for an ambitious person. The study in France seems like the perfect opportunity to interface with other cultures, learn another language, work under a different educational system, and enrich my experience
Despite the circumstances of the war facing Syria and the emigration of some professors, I did not give up and completed my studies despite many negatives and bad atmosphere and difficulty in getting the knowlge. I hope this grant is an important turning point in my educational and professional life and give me an opportunity to prove myself to my family and the world.

As far as my pertinent work experience is concerned, I would like to mention that I have been working as a freelance designer since 2014, and I worked for one month in January 2016 at ASPECT in Damascus to train as a junior graphic designer. In August 2016, I started working in BAKAA as a graphic designer, and I am still in this job. In November 2016, I was nominated as employee of the month for my creative effort and hard work. This role has taught me much about others and myself. I have learned what it means to work hard and how to motivate others to do the same.

As regards my interests, I am glad to say that I am not a person who is only engaged in studies. I have dozens of activities which I like to do. Generally, I would like to note that I have always kept healthy lifestyle. I was taught that it is much better to struggle with your sicknesses by developing your health rather than taking drugs infinitely. All these clearly define my high interest in keeping healthy lifestyle that is reflected in my big love of sport. For instance, I am a real football fan which means that I enjoy playing and watching it. Thus I always try to find some time to go out and play such a wonderful game with my friends. What is more, the fact that football is the most famous sport in the france so there are plenty of professional football clubs which are recognized worldwide is another plus for entering your university. In addition, I also like such kinds of sports that upgrade strength, stamina, reaction and flexibility. That is why the list of my favourite sports is very wide including not only football, but also basketball, swimming, long-distance jogging, sprint, table tennis and recently I have found myself in martial arts especially Boxing and different kinds of wrestling. Finally, I cannot forget that reading books is another passion of mine. Thus, most of all I prefer science fiction, fantasy and detective novels as my favourite genres.

In conclusion, I would like to say that if I become a student of your schoolarship, I promise to be a worthy member of the team and I hope to complete my master’s degree over the next year
