motion/action/movement

I only like fims that have got plenty of action/motion/movement.

The time has come for action/motion/movement.

Her quick action/motion/movement saved his life.

Loose clothing gives you greater freedom of action/motion/movement.

I detected a slight action/motion/movement in the undergrowth.

Is it only my illusion that the three words between slashes overlap a lot in meanings? Or is it true? Could you help me pick out the right word in the above samples? Thanks.
