i think the second one is correct ,,,, and the correct spelling is mother not mothere

Mothers-in-law -- NOT mother-in-laws

Attorneys General -- NOT Attorney Generals

Courts martial -- NOT Court martials

There are some nouns in which the noun comes first and the descriptive adjective comes after. It is still the noun that becomes plural, not the adjective.
