Mother Theresa

hi, i read an excerpt from Mother Theresa's book: "Just allow people to see Jesus in you--to see how you pray, to see how you lead a pure life, to see how you deal with your family, to see how much peace there is in your family. Then you can look straight into their eyes and say, 'This is the way.' You speak from life, you speak from experience."

what exactly does "This is the way" mean? Does "speak from life" mean that "your life explains everything"?

thks!

Does "This is the way" mean that "This is the way that Christians treat others" or "This is the way that Jesus lived"?

And that "Your life and experience demonstrate the 'way'"?

I think 'This is the way to live a Christian life' and 'You know because you have lived and experienced it'.
