Most verbs add -ed.

I am studying about present simple tense with regular verbs and how to add -ed. There are some rules to add -ed. Rule #1: We add -ed to most verbs.
And I want to know if there is another way to write this explanation or not?
I think we can also another way:
1. Most verbs we add -ed.
2. Most verbs, we add -ed.
3. Most verbs add -ed.
I am not sure which one is grammatical correct I should write for this explanation.

I think #3 is grammatically acceptable. Am I right?
