Most time or the most time spent

Hi. Let's say you have five people in consideration for an award that is given for the most time spent helping others. Is it correct to leave out the definite article "the" for the wording on the award? Thank you in advance for your help.

eg,

Presented To

_____ (name)

For (The??) Most Time Spent Helping Others
