"most the" isn't possible so you can rule out A straight away. You should say "most endangered species" or " almost all (the) endangered species".

Don't worry about it. These are tricky grammar points. "most", unlike "all", cannot be used as a predeterminer, and as a consequence, "most the" isn't possible.
