Most rooms

a. I cleaned the cobwebs in most of the second-floor rooms.
b. I cleaned the cobwebs in most second-floor rooms.

What I understand from those sentences is that there are some rooms on the second floor where there are still cobwebs.

Could the sentences be used if there were cobwebs in most (but not all) of the rooms on the second floor and I cleaned all the cobwebs and now there are no rooms there where there are cobwebs?
In that case there would be no more cobwebs left on the second floor.

Many thanks.
