Most Pretty or Prettiest?

As the title mentioned, I have seen different people using them. Therefore, I am kind of confused. Thanks for putting out my curiosity.

Absolutely.

A general rule: "more/most" are always correct, but usually reserved for multi-syllabic words; mono-syllabic adjectives and those ending in 'y' usually take "-er/-est".
