Are these correct ?
  1. I have many friends, most of whom are blond.
  2. I have many friends, who are mostly blond.
  3. I have many friends, most of them are blond.
  4. I have many friends, most are blond.
And can I remove the 'comma' in sentence 1?

With comma, sentence 3 and 4 sound much more natural to me; Without comma , sentence 2 sounds natural.
