Please look at the following question.

"We had a series of meetings with important client yesterday,most of _____ are very satisfied with our product."

[a]them whom.

Its correct answer is whom.I think due to "," I have to put "whom",not "them". Is my thought right ? Please confirm it. Ah! I almost forgot this. Why didn't the questioner write as clients? Isn't it his mistake?

A series of meeting - isn't wrong. But "several meetings" may be more common in casual conversation.
