most of them who

I think the following sentence is not correct:

Sri Lankan forces Monday evening arrested around 60 Tamils, most of them who had their place of birth or residence address from Jaffna in their identity cards.

This should be either:
"Sri Lankan forces Monday evening arrested around 60 Tamils; most of them who had their place of birth or residence address from Jaffna in/on their identity cards."

or

"Sri Lankan forces Monday evening arrested around 60 Tamils, most of them who whom had their place of birth or residence address from Jaffna in/on their identity cards."

What do you say?
