Most natural way of 'agreed to meet up at 6'

Dear All,

What is the most natural way (and perhaps informal) to say that you've just arranged with someone you spoke on the phoneto meet up at 6 pm.
I'd suggest: I just arranged to meet up at 6. Or: We've agreed to meet at 6.
But I rather feel that this is not the way natives would express it and that is is rather formal.

Here's another sentence: It's 8,15 already, while we promised (eachother)/agreed we'd leave at 8, so hurry up!
What's the most natural way to say this?

Thanks in advance.
