Could you tell me which one is okay among the following sentences?

1. He can drink most much among all of those that I know.
2. He can drink the most among all of those that I know.
3. He can drink the most alcohol among all of those that I know.

If any of them is right, can I replace 'all of those' with 'those all' in the sentence? Thank you.
