Most important of which

Is this sentence correct?
Many changes occur at puberty, most important of which are........
I'm familiar with"most of which" but is it correct to use adj within it? And should I say"the most...."?

I don't understand what you mean by a superlative should be singular , why? Could you use my sentence as an example to illustrate ,please.
Also I'm not a native speaker, so I don't get what you mean by "wiggle-room" ..

Big - bigger - biggest (the superlative is at the top of the scale, and there's room for only one). 'John is the best student in the class' means that there is nobody as good as he is.

[ Sorry! ] I often use little phrases as a means of teaching interesting things about English. "Wiggle-room" means that there is space for differences of opinion, the rules can be bent a little.
