Most and Best

Hi! Just wondering if there is any difference in meaning between using "most" and "best" for the below situation.

B is doing some wine tasting. There are 10 samples of wine to taste. Thanks, Fulvio

Using best.

A: Which wine do you like the best?

B: I like this one

Using most.

A: Which wine do you like the most?
