Mortgage calculator?

Hi everyone. Real estate software often has a built-in Mortgage Calculator. I do understand what it is, but I wonder if it refer only to property sales? If say, it goes about property rentals, is Mortgage Calculator applicable? In general, will it make any sense if my company add a feature similar to Mortgage Calculator but meant for Property Rentals and how it can be called then. It will have fields "Days of stay", "Per day fee", etc. we want people to be able to calculate the whole rental fee right at the site. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

  • And especially if there are taxes!

Hi,

Yes, but I wouldn't call your feature a Mortgage Calculator, or people will get the wrong idea. How about simply a 'Rental Cost Calculator'?

Thanks a lot, you are right. Mortgage Calculator is not appropriate in my case, and yes, the only variables we have are daily / weekly rent.No taxes, no linen rentals etc. Thus, I think we will not invent anything at this point. Once again, thank you!
