Please have a look at this sentence:
"The spider crab of the Ivory Coast went extinct because it soon became a TIDBIT/MORSEL/DELICACY/NIBBLE for predators."
I want to convey the feeling of something very palatable but at the same time singularly too little to satisfy the hunger of a much larger animal. Kind of like an oyster or an ounce of caviar for an adult human being.
