Morning shift

Hi

Would you say that the following sentences are correct and natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

He changed his school from (the?) morning shift to (the?) afternoon shift.

He says that running the school in the afternoon shift in easier than running it in the morning one.

I am familiar with the use of "shift" with respect to certain occupations, but not with respect to schools. Maybe you meant this? He changed the class schedule from morning to afternoon.

Maybe you meant this?

In our culture, there are two shifts of schools.

7:30: to 1:00

1:30: to 7:00

The second shift facilitates the matters for many people, especially "housewives" who need to do a job for financial reasons.

In that case, your sentences are OK as you've written them. Do include the.

I would rephrase the first one a little differently, however, if I were writing the sentence.
