More...more?

Hi! everyone.
I just want to know which one of the following sentences is right? Is the use of the colored "is the" in the first sentence syntactically right?
1- Every time I miss you is the more I love you. or should it be written thus-Every time I miss you is the time I love you more.(Please tell me is the 1st sentence(without the word "time") correct or the second one?
Thanks!

Neither, I’m afraid. You want this:

The more I miss you, the more I love you.
