Hi all,,
The English language has an order for its sentence -the part of speech - such as a subject , a verb ,
an adj and so on .
e.g. I like reading. ---- S V N
She is great . ---- S V Adj
He drives quickly.--- S V Adv
my question is :
May you add more ways to make a sentence in English.

Hi Bedour: English is an "SVO" language (subject, verb, object). This is the normal order. Because the language is not inflected, we use the word order to distinguish the actor from the acted-upon.

English is an "SVO" language (subject, verb, object). This is the normal order. Because the language is not inflected, we use the word order to distinguish the actor from the acted-upon. These two sentences have quite different meanings!
