MORE vs COMPARATIVE FORM

Could you help me correct these questions please?

- This place is more modern than your house.
- I'll be more capable of doing that than you at your age.
- The longer you take in each store, the longer the outing will take. Do you want to bet (on) the time we get back from this outting.
- She'll stay in her favorite store 10 times longer/more than in the other stores. The only way to get her to leave the store is to wait for her outside. Doing that will mean that you want her to hurry up.
- The hottest room in the house where the heater is at a maximum is the bedroom. (can you say AT A MAX? and how would you say the sentence?)

Thank you
