More than that

He is three inches taller than you.

1-He is more than three inches taller than me.
2-He is taller than me more than three inches.
3-He is taller than me more than that.
4-More than that.

Which of the sentences 1-4 are acceptable in this context?
4 is not a real sentence, but I think it would work in spoken English.

1. This is okay. (Strictly speaking, this should be "...taller than I," but "me" is used in informal speech.)

2. This should be: He is taller than me by more than three inches.

3. This should be: He is taller than me by more than that. (And the idea of his being three or more inches taller has to have been previously established.)
