More than plenty

If I hang out once a month, that's more than plenty.

Is my sentence natural to say?

" Of course in a conversation someone might say, "Whoa! " This would be perfectly natural. In the example you gave, plenty and more than enough would have about the same effect.

The expression is, "more than enough." If you say, "more than plenty," we'll take it as a play on words - sort of like saying, "more than more than enough."

Of course in a conversation someone might say, "Whoa! That's plenty!" (Perhaps someone is pouring him a strong drink.) Another person might add, "That's more than plenty!" This would be perfectly natural.
