More ... than

There is more to selling hamburgers than meets the eyes. Is this sentence correct? More + to + gerund + noun + than + verb? How many clauses are there in this sentence? Is there any conjunction?
Thank you.

The sentence is correct in the sense that it is a grammatical construct, albeit one that includes modern expressions. I would say that there is one clause. If you re-express it in a more conventional way, you get something like: Selling hamburgers involves more considerations, tasks, effort, etc.
