Thank you for your answer,Yoong Liat. I also use "smarter" in almost of all the cases. But sometimes, due to the adjective after the conjunction "and",eg) beautiful, I wanted to use "more smart" so I wrote like that. Is it 100% an incorrect expression? eg) She is more smart and more beautiful. Thank you in advance for your teaching.

She is more smart and more beautiful. (This sentence is incomplete.)

She is smarter and more beautiful than all the other girls. (You need to compare her with others.)
