More information on/at tel

Hello,

I was browsing one site (oficial site of Finnish railroad: http://209.85.129.104/search?q=cache:3Bc6DbJ8QaIJ:https://www.vr.fi/heo/eng/lansi/lansilipu.htm+%22More+information+at+tel.+0600+41+906%22&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk) when I noticed a phrase that drew my attention namely: More information at tel.
If I hadn't found this example I would think that the preposition "ON" would be a correct choice in this phrase. After googling this phrase I found that a variant with "ON" instead of "AT" had given significantly more results.
Are they both correct? Is it so that "ON" is just more common?

Thank you in advance

I would definitely prefer 'at' in your example, but I think that is because that is what we would use in American English: " You can reach me at this phone number. " I believe 'on' may be the British usage.
