MORE (comparative)

Can you please help me with these 3 sentences?

- The more south you go./ The more you go that way, the more expensive the restaurants are.
- The higher the rent, the higher the financial help/the more the financial help is, but keep in mind thete is a cap, if you're rent is higher than a specific amount you'll receive the maximum amount you can get. whether you rent is 1000 or 5000 you'll get the maximum which is 500 dollars. (I'm trying to express the bold bit without actually saying that. does the first past mean the bold bit?)
- I'm more towards the end of the film than the beginning.

Thank you
