More clearification

I think I must explain my situation where I want to use this sentence, like we are running a non-profitable organisation, there people come from different places with their different problems, but problem was this it was hectic for us to listen them all at a time, so, I wanted to place a Notice to instruct them to bring their problems in written form, submit us and have the answer next day. so , in this context is it correct to say or display the sentence 'Please always bring your problems in written.'
