Moral idoneity

Is this sentence correct (and is it standard):


"In the stock market business, you will often find a lot of lack of moral idoneity."



Note: By 'lack of moral idoneity', I mean a lot of dishonesty.

For what it's worth, the OED lists "idoneity" without comment. The parent word "idoneous", however, gets the "Now rare" flag. "Idoneity" falls into the OED's Frequency Band 2, the second-rarest, with other words that "would be unknown to most people" like "decanate" and "ennead".
