Moonlit

How can I say "The sky is moonlit"?
The fool moon was above the mountain. everywhere was light. The sky was also light and moonlit.

shininggirl The fool moon This is a clever touch, if you really meant it. I think you meant "full moon", however. "The sky is moonlit" is possible, but we usually don't use 'moonlit' in the predicate adjective position.
